refund of auto debited amount for microsoft 365 subscription

There are a lot of factors that go into the refund consideration process. Most importantly, they look at whether or not it falls within Microsoft's policy boundaries for refunds even with exception to your current situation. They look at your refund history,
payment history, tenure, and even the amount of the charge. If it is for a one month subscription the policy is that a one-month subscription charge is non-refundable, especially if you have already received a refund within the same 365 day period. As for
viewing your attempts to cancel auto-renew, yes they can see that.... they can see when you've called and what you've discussed. If auto-renew cancellation was requested and not completed properly, that WOULD be sufficient reason to refund the charge. However,
if they cannot verify this information, their hands are tied. You should try calling back and see if they can locate history of your attempts to cancel.

If the subscription was purchased with a credit, debit card, or paypal you can get with a support agent to cancel the subscription. After they cancel it, it may auto refund the purchase if recently purchased. IF not and they can verify they may be able to
help with the refund.

I got a debit order on my account called > DL*MICROSOFT PANAMA 00PA and the stopped my card. Upon receiving a new bank card, I changed my payment option for myself (1 x PC gaming pass) and 2 x Ultimate game pass for both my kids on Xbox. A few days later I see 2 new debit orders for DL*MICROSOFT PANAMA 00PA with random amount that do not match the subscription amounts. I have checked ALL payment history and subscriptions for myself and entire family and there is nothing except Office 365, PC game pass and Xbox ultimate game pass. Only company with my new card details is Microsoft.

I did not and do not want to sign up for any business gaming Entertainment learning. I was trying to pay my Microsoft License account and do want you to refund my money back so that i can pay my annual license.

I think that your Microsoft payment system is so confusing that I paid the wrong thing and/or you debited my account as soon as I put in my new bank card details. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY AND CANCEL ALL LEARNING COURSES WHICH I DONT WANT. The following appeared on my bank statement as recurring debit. Please cancel this debit
