Refund, NOT RETURN, JUST REFUND, AS IN GIVE ME BACK THE MONEY I PAID FOR A CONTROLLER THAT...

Yeah it's not in my order history, I should have specified. I'm just worried because I see i a lot of stuff that is intended as non-refundable when purchased through the store, but legally they can't not give me the code or refund me the money I paid.

He clearly didn't believe me and told me if I paid for the name change and it accepts hit he will credit me the money back

they are refusing a refund, they'll only give credit.

check your Microsoft account balance. it looks like the money has been credited there. you can use this to buy games and accessories from the Xbox store.

many retailers only give credit refunds rather than cash.

Once the refund has been approved and already stated as "refunded" on your order history (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders), it will now depend on your bank on when they will credit back the money but it usually takes 5-7 business days.

I, thinking it would FIX my game paid for another premium game.

If you can't give me 5 games, please give me my money back.

You ruined a good game. I want a refund.

I already received the email that the refund has been processed and accepted and I was just waiting on the money to come back and today I got refunded $7. The game is Wo Long which is a full price game. The issue I’m having is that I just paid $80 for a game but then refunded it without even opening it. It said the refund would take a few days and it even says refunded under the status however I only have $7 that we’re actually refunded to my Microsoft account.
