    Second refund request denied for the time period, even though the initial refund was within the allotted time period, and I haven't played the games.

    How to initiate refund for purchase?

    Hi the official support is only in English, but each country does has his own forum to talk about other stuff. If you want a refund you will have to call to xbox support, but it ist sure that you are going to get a refund.
