    My refund status is “pending” and I’m not quite sure what this means.

    Hey Gerardo, I am just confused become I received an email say that my refund was confirmed and processed, but I checked the status of the refund and it still says pending. I’m also wondering where the money goes after it is refunded, is it sent back into my account?
