    Refund Microsoft Rewards


    I had recently used some of my rewards points to purchase halo the master cheif collection for like 24 dollars when it was on sale. Unfortunately, the game is running very slow on my xbox one and his crashing a lot.

    (I purchased it 3 daya ago)

    I already requested a refund so I have a few questions.

    Will I get a refund of points or will the money just be put in my account balance?

    Will the points be refunded?

    FYI: I made this purchase using microsoft rewards points so I am just curious on what will happen.

    Incorrectly billed and reward points not registered.

    For the issue with the refund, you'll want to try replying to the email you received stating the refund was rejected in order to contact the refund specialists. Regular support no longer have authorization to handle refunds.

    For the Microsoft Rewards issue, you would have to continue working with Microsoft Rewards support.

    Then if it's showing you a refund of $10.25 on
    http://commerce.microsoft.com     that's showing those credits being deposited into your account.
    yes, they were deposit and then refunded so now I don't have the $10.25 that I should be having on my account

    You'll want to contact support and speak to billing to see if they can find where the funds went. Once credits are deposited, they are out of the rewards programs hands. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
