Refund is approve 10 days ago but money is not yet credited to my account

So yes you have to wait for your BANK

once 5-7 business days pass it's in your banks hands now because of the holidays there is going to be delays

i used my debit card in the purchased

its been 18days but my money is still not credited on my account.. Am i still need to wait for how many days before the refund will reflect to my account?

2 if account.Microsoft.com says refunded then it's out if anyones hands

Unlike you are talking MS account currency which is instant

If it a creditcard you must wait

And no calling your bank wont rush it

What your local bank does doesn't affects .the computer time

You will just have to wait till your bank proccess it

They never do refunds instantly they wait for a batch and then do them

Also depends where you are vs the us since international transactions takes longer

And as per the card holder aggreement you are still responsible for minimun payments while you wait
