Refund. Having a struggle

Hi, apparently I was meant to post here in order to help myself get a refund. I am not sure how to get in contact with the preview team. Apparently I am eligible for a refund with them. Thank you.

Just Cause 3 - your experience

Great game if you like to play at 10fps while having your button inputs completely ignored. Having a blast wingsuiting face first because my xbroke can't register me pressing the A button while it struggles to work properly.

They denied me the refund because l played the game for 1 hour and l just wanted a refund because I felt disappointed playing a game l was hyping for 2 years and l can’t even get my money back l and so far no they haven’t seen the messages l gave them yet

The response to that email usually takes 72 hours. Did you already receive it and the response was negative?

I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

The only way to appeal a denied refund is to respond to the email you receive informing you of the refund denial, by replying to that email you must explain the situation in detail and request the refund again. This will put you in contact with a refund agent who will be able to evaluate your situation.
