Refund for Xbox Series X order

This game is not available for the Xbox One S. It's only available for latest Series S or Series X consoles. You'll need to request a refund.

You can still play the Xbox One version of the game, but I'm afraid you will not get the best gaming experience possible considering the console you are using. In addition to this, you will not be able to play online with users who are playing on the Series S/X version.

If you'd like to request a refund for your purchase, I'd be happy to guide you through the process.

To request a refund:

- Go to http://www.xbox.com/refunds
- Sign in to the account you used for this purchase.
- Select your order from the list of refundable items
- Click the green "Request refund" button.

If you don't see your order on the list, please select "Why don't I see my order in the list?". Do keep in mind some purchases can take up to 24 hours to show on the list of refundable items.

The Series X version of FIFA 23 is the Series X version, it can't be switched. If you've bought the wrong version, you'll need to request a refund.

Keep checking your email. If the refund is refused, reply directly to the refusal email stating why you believe you should be entitled to a refund.

That sounds like you have a One X and not a Series X. That game isn't available on the One. You would need to submit a refund request if you want a refund. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/subscriptions-billing/buy-games-apps/refund-orders
