Refund for Unused Madden 23 Gift Card from Target

Gift cards are never refundable it says so on the back of the card and the store refund policy

Your best option is to sell it on a reseller site but you are going to take a loss

Either that or just use the code

You can try marketplaces but you will lose even more

Target would be the ones to refund it since it was bought from them. You can try them again, but there's no guarantee they will refund it.

Using gift cards for other regions for example euro when you're in pounds will be unusable in the UK store, the gift card can only be redeemed on the currency store. If you want a refund for the gift card I recommend contacting the seller where you bought
the code to see if they can offer anything in return.

You can cancel a purchase using a giftcards but giftcards fall under your retailer and no retailer in the world will take a gift card back your only option would be to sell the card at a discount online if unused

If used and put onto your account then it's stays there

Same thing happened to us. We redeemed a xbox gift card to buy Madden NFL 23 Madden Points. When we went to confirm payment by using our Microsoft account balance, the purchase processed successfully on the screen. We went in to our order history to validate that the purchase was listed and it is listed. However, when we went back in to Madden 23, the Madden points were not uploaded to our Madden account. We did a complete power cycle Xbox console reboot and the points were still not uploaded to the account. What do you recommend we do now?
