    How do i Receive a refund or compensation, for services that i paid for but were failed to be provided to me? Tried calling customer service but aparently Microsoft doesnt provide that either anymore i guess? Anyway cant help but to feel like im getting robbed in some sense, any suggestions on how to get a refund for this month? Or next month free or something like that

    What is this "hacking" thing I hear about?

    They will add that month to you xbox live account I had to talk to them about my account and they said if they had to investigate my account they would refund my month of xbox live

    Hello, due to certain circumstances, I had to cancel my Xbox live gold subscription for a month, but the refund did not come due to the fact that I had a limit on the card, I increased it, but the refund did not come.

    THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH XBOX. (Account Hacked)

    I already got refunded the money. All they offered me was one month of xbox live. Thats not even worth having a month on a new account, because when that expires im still accountless.
