Refund for street Fighter IV

so today street fighter was supposed to be free so i went to xbox.com and purchased charlie murder for free then i went to street fighter to puchase that as wee because it was supposed to be free but i absent mindedly clicked purchase before double checking
if it was free i hoping to get a refund for the game street fighter IV because its literally going to be free in like the next hour can i get some help?

Ultra street fighter IV is actually a DLC that is shown as available, not it's own game. I was wondering if that had anything to do with it. Also weren't prepurchases of the 30th Street Fighter Anniversary collection given Ultra Street Fighter IV?

"Street Fighter" was followed by "Street Fighter II", which was followed by "Super Street Fighter II" which was followed by "Super Street Fighter II Turbo" which was followed by "Super Street Fighter II Turbo: Championship Edition".

Which then brought us to "Street Fighter Alpha", which was followed by "Street Fighter Alpha 2", which was followed by "Street Fighter Alpha 3", which was followed by "Street Fighter Alpha 3: 2nd Impact" and "Streetfighter Ex"... (which in turn had "Streetfighter
Ex 2" and "Streetfighter Ex 3".

This turnst your "Super Street Fighter IV" (the game that made your "Street Fighter IV" super) into "Ultimate Super Street Fighter IV Arcade" which adds some characters.

Is there an "Ultimate Super Street Fighter IV: Golden Arcade Edition" just around the corner?

With Capcom only a few months can tell.
