    i am curious to know what it is that i have to do to get a refund for NBA 2k14 because i can not do anything with the digital game cannot add points to my player or either play my career and no one knows when the patch is coming i love the fact that i can
    switch between games without getting up, but not at the expense of me not being able to do what it is i am trying to with nba 2k

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with NBA2K14.

    I would recommend trying the steps in the 2K support article on
    Adding a second player to NBA2K14    .

    when installing a came it goes from "installing" to "Queued" and it goes back and forth

    Everything is fine. It will install whatever previous apps or games in the queue, then install NBA2k14. You see 2 NBA2k14 because one is the "recent" app that was opened and the one on the far right is what disc is in the tray.
