I understand the problem you are presenting, if this game was purchased directly from the Microsoft store you can request a refund as long as less than 14 days have passed since the purchase of this product, also one of the requirements to request a refund is not having played considerable hours of play. If it has been more than 14 days since the purchase, and you have already played this game for a long time, I am afraid to tell you that it is not possible to request a refund.
