    Refund for mistaken season pass purchase please


    Hi I accidentally purchased the season pass for assisins creed origins when I don't actually have the game. I was looking on the store then put phone in my pocket and must of forgot to lock it. Could I please get a refund

    Well...customer service...

    I've had one refund done in the past and it was over an accidental purchase of Battlefield 4 season pass. The lady handled it really well and explained to me they are not suppose to refund stuff like that but since I called immediately she authorized the refund. My intentions was to purchase the game and season pass together but chose the wrong one.

    It wasn't announced because it was not a trial. It was a mistake. They claim it to be a trial now so everyone who got burned on thier season pass don't demand their money back. Just admit it wasn't a mistake, admit season pass holders aren't going to
    get a refund and call a spade a spade.

    I just want my free trial please provide a link

    You would need to go to http://commerce.microsoft.com to see if you can start a refund there. If not, you'll need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Refunds are not usually given on market place purchases. Is it the season pass you purchased?

    Season pass, map pack, BS is what it is...

    It's called an error, it happens with everything in life. Something they actually lost a bit of money on considering it was given to some people for free due to a freak error (which was corrected in minutes!).

    They don't have the ability to refund you a portion of the points for the season pass. The season pass itself is a 15% savings if you were to purchase all of the upcoming map packs separately. They will not be giving you any sort of refund at all. Season pass
    purchases are final.

    You purchased the DLC before you bought the season pass. Sorry, but there is a no refund policy on items purchased from the marketplace.
