Refund for game pass purchase that was not me

I understand. What you need to do now is access your Order History to check if this purchase came directly from your account:

" Sign in to account.microsoft.com.

Select Payment & billing > Order history. "

There are other reasons Xbox mention on its website:

" You have an Xbox subscription or trial that was auto-renewed and charged you for additional time.

You’re sharing your Microsoft account or don't have your account password protected.

Someone in your household or Xbox family group made the purchase without your consent. "

Since here in the community we do not have access to account information, the best way to solve this situation is to directly contact Support so they can help you verify your account and this charge:

To request a refund go here xbox.com/refund. As for Game Pass. If you purchased Xbox Game Pass, then you would still need Game Pass Core or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to play the game online, being as it is a multiplayer game.

I know the Joe Danger games were on the list of "leaving Game Pass". When I search the Game Pass list, those two games are no available for download for me.

Once a game(s) leave Game Pass they have to be purchased to continue playing them. If you purchased the game(s) and then ask for a refund you will lose access to the games as well.

As i stated above skyrim legendary edition and peggle 2 are not in my purchase history and i have received no refund for either. Both were purchased before game pass and both give me a renew game pass message when i tried to play them after game pass expired. My order history goes all the way back to 2018. I appreciate your attempt to help but the fact remains. Products i paid for are asking me to pay again with no refund or return in any of my history.

No games are refunded if they go to game pass. It is simply another way to pay for access. If a game is in game pass you can purchase it at a discount
