    Hi,

    I purchased a game thinking it was for the xbox but I couldn't install it on my xbox and it seems its because I bought the windows version. I need to get a refund for the windows version so that I can purchase the xbox version but for the life of me I cannot
    find anyway to contact anyone about the refund. The website is shocking!

    Does anyone know who I can email to sort this out? I'm in New Zealand.

    Oh I see, I'm trying to use the web agent but it keeps saying it doesnt understand when I click "Ok" after it tells me to log in (I am already logged in), I don't really see the option I need when I try selecting the "normal" web chat.

    The site you're linking just tells me how to request a refund

    The link from which you took the screenshot is different from the one I shared with you in my previous response. You took the screenshot from the order history of your account, and in my response, I didn't instruct you to request a refund from that website.

    Have you tried using the link I mentioned before?
