Refund for Caped Crusader Pack

I never received a confirmation email after I requested a refund. The Xbox page where I made the request went blank! It never redirected me to a different page & I never got a confirmation email which leads me to believe there is a glitch in the system.
What constitutes a 72 hour period?

contacting Xbox Support by requesting a call back or chatso that they can see whether your request for a refund went through since it has been longer than 72 hours. Sadly, we here on the forums lack the necessary tools to assist more directly with refund
or billing issues.

Log into Support.Xbox.com
Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
Step 2 : Select a Category, then See other options
Step 3 : Select your Issue/Topic
- Select - Show contact options
- Select – Call me back or chat with Xbox Support

If you do not see the selection that you wish to use for contact, then switch topics until it becomes available.

I followed your instructions, contacted a tech in chat, and he successfully completed my refund request. However, the next day, I get this email which says,

"We can’t provide a refund to the request for order(s) 6089559781 purchased on Oct. 3, 2019."

My question is, why? It says it came up eligible for a refund when I first requested it. Now, they say it isn't. Please help me understand. Thanks. I've gotten refunds before with no problem. I still bought
this for my son on his account.
