Refund does not work

A family member recently bought a game and I decided to refund it and it went through in a couple of days I saw it was approved. I checked for my money and there was none. I waited another week and noticed people have the same issue. I have yet to receive my money and it’s been a month by now. Help.

Yes, there was a delay in the refund process on the last 3 weeks, but it has been a month? In this case, you need to contact Support directly and ask what is going on, okay? Here in the community, we have no access to account/billing information, and Support should be able to help you address this.

The problem choice you choose on the Support link might not give you access to Request a Call or Live Chat, and in this case, try selecting other problems ( even if does not match the issue you are facing ) because what is important here is for you to contact Support.

They are certainly refundable if the content does not work. Promise, call support at 18004MYXBOX. You'll get your refund if it doesnt work or they cannot get it to work.
