    Refund denied.


    My son who is aged 9 has spent over £1000 on fifa points without my consent(obviously) over the past month and a half an I sent a refund request an it’s been denied. I need that money back. Is there away I can actually talk to a human at Xbox without the silly auto bot agent.

    You can try replying to the email denying the refund to contact the refund specialists. Otherwise, if they deny the refund there's really nothing else you can do.

    You can try responding to the email you received denying the refund to speak to a refund specialist, but if they deny it, there really isn't anything that can be done.

    Phone/chat support no longer handle refunds, so talking to them most likely will not do anything good either. If the refund specialists denied the refund and you already tried emailing them and they denied it again, it's not going to get refunded.
