    Refund Denied - Who to Speak To Next?


    I recently purchased Outriders on launch 12am GMT then discovered it was available on Gamepass for free. I requested a refund and was denied how or where do I go next? Obviously if I knew the game was free on GP I would not have bought it! When I explained this the MS agent gave link to follow which is for a virtual assistant and it does nothing?

    Hey thanks for your reply. I don't think so?.

    The time played was from buying it at 12am GMT 01/04 until it become available on GP and then downloaded it from there.

    What I don't understand is that I got a refund for a game that I purchased and then within a week it was in a ubisoft 75% sale and they refunded it no problems

    All you can do is reply to the email saying the refund was denied and see if they would change their mind.

    Refund Policy

    You can try responding to the email you received denying the refund to speak to a refund specialist, but if they deny it, there really isn't anything that can be done.
