    Refund denied of 1700 robux bought recently


    So I've bought 1700 robux from the Xbox site from PC, not knowning it would only work for Xbox devices (the robux doesnt appear in my account), now I requested a refund, and they denied it automatically.

    I would like to know if there is a way to request a refund because I paid for something that I couldnt even have/use it, and now not being able to request refund is just stupid

    Did your son already spend/use the Robux? If so that would be one reason they would deny the refund.

    why did xbox take my money and refuse to give it back?

    I tried to refund a 50$ robux as it was on the wrong account but they denied my refund and now I have no money but got scamed by xbox im not happy.

    All you can do is reply back to the email saying your refund was denied and plead your case/hope they change their mind.

    I understand that you want to get a refund from your Robux purchase however it was denied.

    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    If submitted the refund request online, you should receive an update about the denied refund via email.

    When it comes to denied refund, all you have to do is to reply to the notification email that you have received from the Refund.

    And on your reply, kindly give them an acceptable/valid reason why you really need the money back for it'll be reviewed by the Department who handle refunds.
