Refund Denied for Pre Order and never downloaded/played game

Can u guys please refund my 5000 vbucks

I have been denied a refund for a digital game.

This game is a pre order, and is not currently released, therefore I have had zero gaming time on the product.

The pre order was purchased more than 14 days ago, however, as stated above, I have not yet had access to the game. It has not been played. It's not fair to punish players for being excited and pre ordering several weeks/ a couple months in advance.

Sorry for the issue with the refund. If you were denied you can reply to that email and appeal it. State that it was a pre order and that. Personally have noticed they have been getting a lot tougher on refunds.

Pre ordered the X1 version at game stop...I downloaded the beta when it came out but never played it lol...

This has nothing to do with Microsoft or Xbox, your only avenue of recourse is with the game publisher.

Microsoft can not force the publisher to give you a refund or unban you. Whichever you're looking for.

I will say I've NEVER heard of "no refunds, ever" on a pre-order that is cancelled befor the project ships, in game purchases, sure. but not on a pre-order.
