    Refund Denied for a game that doesn't work


    Can someone assist on explaining why a game that was bought on December 21st and played for less than 30 minutes as it gives a black screen during the game and resets to the homepage can be denied for a refund?

    Just a friendly reminder though that for refund concerns there is a dedicated team that is handling refund concerns and as much as I would love to provide more information it is not available for me.

    In this case, you may need to reply to the email from the refund team in that way you can get more information.

    In such cases, the only option left I can recommend is replying to the declined refund email by providing all the info you mentioned above, to try to appeal the decision!
