    Refund denied but lost my item and money not returned


    I bought 2 dlcs for call of the wild and bought the wrong two so i tried refunding them but it said refund denied but i no longer have the dlcs nor my money same thing happened with whos your daddy so i lost the games but i dont have my money, wasted 30 bucks on it. Can someone help me out please? i have my order numbers and proof i bought them.

    a refund could take up to 5 working days. Since it was accepted you just need some more patience.

    On the support Xbox website it shows that the apex coins I requested a refund for have been denied, I have had no email confirming this but I am disappointed because I’ve received nothing and lost my money
