    Refund denied based on lmit reached-never purchaed or refunded prior????


    Could someone out here please explain how i could be denied a refund of in game purchase made within 24 hours with the reason being reached my annual limit when i have never purchased anything from xbox or microsoft prior to this refund request item, therefore i could not have ever had a refund prior?

    its not your fault, i need them to issue my refund or at least give me a legit reason they cannot, because me being over some annual limit is a flat out lie.

    sad thing is when the purchase was attempted, there was no evidence it was complete, message kept saying unsuccessful, so they actually charged me 3 times, i would be happy with two refunds?

    thank you John P, i really appreciate your response. i have responded to that email when i got the decision email, but no reply. after being denied on a false reason (over my annual limit, when i never received a refund before) i feel hopeless. i guess that is how they got so rich, ripping off poor folks.
