    This is regarding on my concern,

    My son bought a game without me knowing and gifted it to his account. I file a refund in just less than a day. Based on my order history, it says "Gift Refunded" but the money did not yet returned. I understand that it takes few days to process. The problem now is this, I received another email saying that I cant have my refund because the game "have been played or consumed". I just want to clarify, will I get my refund and I am willing to wait, if not then please return the game to me. Please see below picture for the follow up email saying I can't have the refund.

    It is not possible to receive refunds for codes that have already been used. You can try calling your bank and asking them to cancel the transaction.

    The first image you posted here was the email you received from the team? If so, I recommend answering the email to find out if in fact the refund was accepted or not and how to recover the game if the refund was not accepted.

    Good Day Sir,

    I dont understand what you mean about its not possible to receive refunds for codes. As you can see in attached 1st photo, it was already refunded and in 2nd photo, my son unable to launch the game anymore. Also, how can I cancel the transaction on my bank if the money is not even returned to my account in the first place.

    I just want a clarification regarding this. Does my refund on process, or not? If not, how can I retrieve the game?

    Just a friendly reminder though that for refund concerns there is a dedicated team that handles refund concerns which is the refund team, in this case, you may need to refund to the email denying the refund that you have requested.
