    RUST DEVELOPERS.! I pre-ordered the game and all and now i’m it got taken away..?? i’m starting the game new and having fun and is interested in it but now it got taken away whys that?

    Hello it's to do with x box refunds... I have already gone through the refunds department and asked for complaints. I have been ignored... Customer support also do not know the complaints address.

    If you do have a solution I would be grateful.

    How do I file a complaint against Microsoft corporate

    Surprisingly they do not have a complaints department which is hard to believe. There isn't really much you can do. You can fight getting your refund but that's not the same as filing a complaint.

    My account was hacked on August 4th by someone in China, and I still to this day have not received a refund not am I able to play on Live. I filed a BBB complaint against XBOX on October 4th because Micro$oft will not cooperate in refunding/unlocking my
    account. I suggest head over to www.BBB.org and file your complaint as well.
