Refund. Can’t access refund tool

I’ve been back there but they won’t refund, they said they are 3rd party so they can’t refund

This may mean you no longer own the content or no longer have permission to access the content. For example, you can’t access a game because you received a refund for it, or your game pre-order was canceled.

I can’t even play Warzone because season 3 and now season 4 is doing the same thing. I should get a refund on my battle pass because I can’t even access the damn game to play it!

Unfortunately, there are no other options to appeal or request a refund to the Xbox refund web form.
