Im Augenblick ist der von kürzlich erworbene Artikel (Battlefield World War Bundle) um 50% reduziert - das im Angesicht des kurzen Zeitraumes nur schwer von mir zu akzeptieren. Über einen Ausgleich würde ich mich sehr freuen. Wo kann man sich zu so einem
Fall melden?

Thanks for coming to the forums with your refund question. With refunds there are different factors that come into play. What you are asking is you want a refund for the difference of the cost of the game to the deal that is out now. We do not unfortunately
give out refunds for this type. The main two factors for refunds are purchased within 14 days and played less than 2 hours. In the

Microsoft service agreement the refund policy states:

g. Refund Policy. Unless otherwise provided by law or by a particular Service offer, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you believe that Microsoft has charged you in error, you must contact us within 90 days
of such charge. No refunds will be given for any charges more than 90 days old. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply. For more refund information, please visit our

allot of those "Multyplayers" you mentioned playing arnt really the best examples, Modernwarefare 2, World at War, Fronlines Fuels of war, Battlefield 2 MC, Bad Company 2, Battlefield 3....
