refund approved but stated as "completed" microsoft

In the second image you attached, it clearly states that the refund was approved, which is essentially equivalent to the refund being processed by Microsoft. As I mentioned before, and as you can see for yourself on the official Microsoft website I shared, you just need to wait for your bank to process it within 3 to 5 business days.

i guess you didn't read my concern , i didn't even recieve a letter saying : Your Microsoft Store refund has been processed

Don't worry, please take in mind that the time it takes for refunds to be reflected in your bank account after the refund is approved is generally between 3 to 5 business days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are non-business days). This time may vary depending on each bank, some of them may take longer to process the refund money and others may process them faster.

Yes. That would mean the refund was approved on Microsoft's side. You just have to wait for it to to be completed.

hahah same problem here , i refunded a game and its approved with no email saying thats its refunded and also the game is still playable now even with the refund it approved , but my guess here is the refund system is bugged 100% because the refund isn't going through , the status of the game is "completed" on microsoft order history instead of "refunded" , so yeah xD
