    I had been charged for almost an year and not aware of the charges. When i called rep, he was initially mentioned that he will can my subscription and refund, after that he called manager (Tyana) she came back on to call said that she can remove my card
    details and refund only month, but when i asked for full year refund she started threatning me that she will not do any refunds and cut the call stating as she is busy.

    this is the worst experience I ever had received from Microsoft. Completely disappointed with manager.

    Xbox refund department is one of the worst in customer service. There is no contact number provided. The ONLY way for contact is via email.

    I have a circumstance where I inadvertently purchased a game then realized I had it already. It was due to update to Windows 10.

    I was denied a refund. The reply to me was time had elapsed. It was only week and I don't need two of the same game .

    If Xbox refund department is still being difficult and just closes your case recommend contacting your credit card company to dispute the charge.

    Did they at least tell you what was the charge for? Like was it for Xbox live Gold, an app through Microsoft, some other subscription, etc.?

    There are 2 sides to every story but if what you said is true irrespective of you getting any refund, you should not be treated in an unprofessional manner. All calls are recorded just saying, give'm a call back.
