    Refund after 1 day denied?


    I bought the game Space Engineers on the Xbox store thinking that the game would be intriguing and fun to play. In reality the game is laggy and dead. I tried to play the game with my friend and the game was very boring. I went to go and refund it after only one day, and it was denied. It said that you cannot refund games you have played. I know that last false since I have refunded games I’ve played before, so now I don’t now what to do. Help?

    Just a friendly reminder though that for refund concerns there is a dedicated team which is the refund team, to help you, I would recommend replying to the email that was sent by the refund team denying your refund request in that way they can check this for you.

    You cannot refund games if you have played them for more than 2 hours.

    You can try replying to the email you received denying the refund to contact the refund specialists, or it should give the option to try submitting another refund request after a couple of days.

    I attempted to refund the second time only a few days after New Years, January 4th or 5th, so that’s not the problem. It seems that they just don’t let you attempt to refund something again after being denied.
