Refund advice (price changed few hours after launch, refund defined because of time played)

There are no refunds after 2 weeks or approximately 2 hours of play, and not because you found a lower price (which this is functionally).

Because if i don't like the game after playing for a few hours, i can get a refund from EA

It's your "experiment" that was flawed.I'm not saying the system is perfect but you went about things the wrong way.

Not sure why you think Anthem is eligible for a refund & requesting a refund 5 times after it was initially denied wont work.

I had Anthem since launch & apart from a few disconnects the game works perfectly fine.

The "my friend changed my gamertag" wont work either as you are held responsible for your account & anything that happens on it.

Not sure what the other game was or the "reason" for wanting a refund but by that time you had shown a pattern of trying to abuse the refund system.

I bought some dlc a few weeks ago & it turned out Microsoft had put the wrong price up so I had paid too much.I asked for a refund & got it within about 48 hours

I had this problem aswell, surely before microsoft launch a game on thier marketplace they would make sure it works, there is no way I am paying for a game I cannot even play and have wasted hours of my time trying to fix, if this issue cannot be solved
we are definately entitled to a refund!!!!

Bethesda had a no refunds policy on Fallout 76 when it launched, but they have become more lenient the past few weeks for refunds.

But as for your refund request. You had to have purchased it in the last 14 days. Have not played it more then 2 hours. It is never guaranteed that you will receive a refund.
