    Refund a gift copy of minecraft


    The region for the copy of Minecraft is wrong and I can't refund it on my order history section for some reason. I just want to refund the gift so I can send it from the correct region. Just changing the region of the gift would also be great.

    You have to do it from account.Microsoft.com for refund from your orders

    HOWEVER for your other issue you need to find a vendor in the person's region to buy from

    I gifted my friend the Deluxe Minecraft Java and Bedrock version but he still hasn't gotten his key.

    Hey, thanks for the advice but I've actually gifted a copy of Minecraft before.. still in the same region so I don't know why I never had that issue then. I also forgot to mention I'm on PC gifting a PC version of Minecraft, maybe that might be the issue?

    You should handle your purchases in a private place, I do no know much about this problem.

    I heard someone recently speak about a similar issue, with purchasing and playing Minecraft Dungeons.

    Digital purchases are final with no refunds, your friend might be looking for the gifted copy of Minecraft Dungeons on the wrong store.

    Hopefully IT will know, sorry for my lack of informative directions.
