    I started out my session with 92 tickets. I was able to go to the Brazil section and choose a six-card game with a 22 ticket cost. I kept getting connection errors until an alert appeared stating that the game was already in progress and that I would be
    refunded any coins and tickets spent. I didn't get my 22 tickets back, which usually happens immediately. I normally wouldn't complain, but I paid to remove ads. Can someone look into this?

    Bingo freezing mid game

    Playing bingo, get 3 bingos and 2 power balls and the game freezes at 3 numbers left. Did not get my rewards for 3 bingos, 2 power balls not activated and 22 tickets used. How about it Microsoft....................can you refund my tickets and give me
    my credits for bingos and power balls??????????????????

    According to PUBG’s website, the items within this pack are provided in the form of a crate, which can be opened in the Customize menu. If the items aren’t there, I would recommend hard-resetting the console. To do that, please follow the instruction below:

    - Hold down the power button on your Xbox for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

    If you still don’t see the crate within the Customize menu, I would uninstall the game and then reinstall it.

    If the problem persists, please visit the Xbox Support website and request a refund for the pack: Request an Xbox refund | Xbox Support
