Refreshed Computer with Games installed on other drives

Try to reinstall/redownload the games using the same location, maybe the download instantly ends and the game will be available to play.

Can you install other games? And have you tried to install this game on another drive on your PC?

Yes, just tried installing another game and it installs just fine with no problems. Tried on a different computer and Halo Wars seems to install on other computers but, not mine for some reason. Does it have to do with because I have a laptop and not a pc like the others I tried it on?

I don't have another drive, but if I were to do that, how can I make it download to a specific drive?

That's really weird. Forza was allowed to be installed on the D: drive but all other games weren't?

Try to delete the WpSystem folder on your D: drive and restart your computer to see.

Hmm that is weird, the way to go about it is exactly what you did with the temporary files.

Let´s try another thing before formating the drive.

The other option is to physically unplug the drive where the games are installed on your computer. Wait about a minute then reconnect the drive to your computer. Once the drive reappears you should be able to manually delete the files from the installation location using File Explorer. ( Just be aware that this method does come with the potential to corrupt or damage other data on the drive)

Try getting a usb drive, format it on the computer before using it on the console. Then move the other GTA5 files to the usb drive or to the Cloud and delete them from the hard drive. See if you can install the game then.
