    Microsoft accepted my refound on the 22 of January and I'm still waiting for my money its been almost a month and they keep sending emails saying in 72 hours they will give me the money back but the don't I've been waiting for a month it's not possible to take this long

    So you tried to get a refound and they didn't refound you, that's what i understood.

    Maybe your game wasn't refoundable.

    There are no refounds for Minecraft anymore. In it's description is written you need hdmi cable for split-screen. There was refound for who bought the game in the firs 14 days as i know.
