    I purchased gears of war 4 on December 27th. After a discussion with customer service I was told I would receive the codes for additional content on January 2nd. After a discussion with them again today, having not received the codes, I was referred to this
    forum for assistance.

    Promotional Codes: Additional games with Gears of War 4 purchase

    Hello. I purchased the digital version of Gears of War 4. I was to receive a promotional code for earlier Gears of War games. The purchase was on October 14th. I have still not received the Codes. Was referred to this forum by Support. I have an Xbox

    I purchased Gears of War 4 on 11/26/16 and was supposed to receive game codes for the rest of the series and never did till this day. Does anyone now how you're supposed to receive the codes or who to contact. I contacted Xbox support and they referred me
    to this forum.

    It can actually take up to 30 days to receive those codes. If you don't receive them after that, you'll need to post back here.

    Keep in mind that Gears of War collection codes will continue to go out in waves. Please check out the Gears of War 4 store description for
    information on how these codes go out. This includes Gears of War 4 codes included in the Gears of War 4 Xbox One S bundle. Once that code is redeemed on your account, you should receive your games within 30 days.





    If you do not receive codes one month after purchasing, please be sure to post a new thread letting us know! Thanks for your patience!

    To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption. Must be 17+. Xbox One, broadband internet (ISP fees apply)
    and Xbox Live membership required. Not available in all markets. See www.GearsofWar.com for the latest information.

    Call it whatever you want. I'm not here to debate about my car. I'm on here to say that I am not satisfied with the customer service I received from Microsoft. I don't want help or advice, I asked if there is any way to file a customer service complaint
    and they told me to go on the forum, so I did.

    Hi, if the game directly from Xbox store you don't need a code. What error message or error code are you receiving? Unless, you brought a gift card from Microsoft website you will receive a code. Is this what your referring to? If you brought a code
    from another site other then Microsoft you need to contact that retailer customer service.
