    can't refer a friend to join rewards

    Hello GODDESS BAST,

    There is no offer to simply refer someone to join Xbox Live Rewards. If you are talking about the "Refer Friends, Earn Rewards" offer at the bottom of the MyMissions page, that offer is to refer a friend to Gold. Since your friends are already Gold members,
    that offer cannot be sent to them.

    What referral offer are you having issue with? There is no offer to simply refer a friend to sign up for Xbox Live Rewards.

    For help with Rewards program issues you need to post here -

    It can take up to 45 days from the day you upgraded for you to receive the points. Also keep in mind, if you used a prepaid card, you would not qualify.
