Ref. number:1341418885, "Gamerscore Mega Deal", "Discount code already ...

Dear Microsoft Support,

We participated to "Gamerscore Mega Deal"... We were told to check in 30 minutes for our 40$ discount code for having gamer score 5000+ on Friday 27th between 7h30-9h EDT but We never received it. After mentionning this to your representative, they said to
wait 24hrs, not the 30mins proposed.

Now, 2 days later, when I try again we get "Discount code already received", even if it hasn't been received.

Is there any way of resending the discount code please?

We already tested the account and account email and everything is fine (Ref. number:1341418885).

They forwarded us to this forum.

Hi, I participated in the Gamerscore Mega Deal Offer and after following the instructions I was told that I would receive a coupon for $40. However, I haven't received yet my discount code. Just wanted to make sure that I can retrieve it as I haven't received
an email with my code. Any help you could give me would be much appreciated.
