Reembolso [Refund]

Necesito ayuda para realizar un reembolso. Solo me dice al lado del nombre del juego comprado Completado y informacion de reembolso que me manda a una pagina, al entrar en "Informacion de reembolso" me redirige a una pagina de xbox en ingles y me impide
realizar la solicitud para mi pais ya que dice que no existe en mi region/pais. Necesito ayuda lo antes posible porfavor.

As JhonSnow suggested, please visit our
refund request site. Once there, you will be asked to fill out a
Refund Request form where you will be asked some info on the purchase for the V-Bucks.

 

Hello! you can proceed to make a refund here doing the following steps:



1.
Sign in to your Microsoft Account.

2.
From the top menu bar, select Payment & billing > Order history.

3.
Navigate to the game or app you want to be refunded, and select 'Request a refund'.
