Bom dia,

Poderia verificar a possibilidade de reembolso do valor pelo fato de comprar Minecrafit Windows 10, não terá utilidade pelo fato da compra errada.

Muito confuso, mas vou me orientar e comprar o item correto, mas preciso do reembolso da compra realizada.

I would first suggest contacting your banking institution just to confirm whether or not the money was returned to your account from Microsoft.

If you need further assistance regarding your billing / refund history, I would recommend setting up a call back from an Xbox Customer Support billing agent so that they can look into your account / refund status.

Não tenho como pedir reembolso pois a compra não aparece nas minhas compras da microsoft.

Quero apenas o reembolso imediato dos valores que foram lançados indevidamente no meu cartão.

São duas ocorrencias de 4 reais no dia 4 de setembro e duas de 4 reais no dia 5 de setembro.

Não autorizo taxas de verificação ou qualquer outro tipo de taxa.
