This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.

Ray1222, I haven't observed that behavior - I have finished the first board in several different ways and it didn't seem to have any effect on the order of the cards in the second board.

That being said, for ALP1983 and anyone else still struggling, here's a solution (perhaps not the only one, but this will get you there).
