    I purchased my x box live on Friday and I tried to redeem it and got a 80154007 code. I went back to walmart and was told I had to contact yall because they couldn't do anything about this since i had scratched the code numbers on back. I hope we can resolve
    this since I think its unfair I paid 60$ for something that didn't work. It was supposed to be a surprise for my boys to enjoy this summer break. Walmart assured me you would be able to help me with this issue. Can you help?

    One day i bouhgt a card for 25 dollars but when I got the money it was on germany so I switched from Austria to Germany and bought gold and now I can't buy gold. And now I bought a code for gold reedemed it and then, the same message as on the xbox came
    and now I didn't got the money back!

    How to get the free 1 month gold trial

    This happend to me, I was told that some consoles don't come up with the gold status. The retailer is supposed to give you a reedemable card to activate 1 month, try talking to xbox support to get a reference code so you can give it to them.

    Problem 1: i have get gift card for 12 months live gold..... i cannot reedem it..... it always says Something went wrong, try later...... i have read all the threads here on forum, cannot reedem it

    Problem 2: since i couldnt reedem card i took credit card and made subscription to live gold with credit card... in microsoft account i can see that im subscribed to live gold, but when i login to console, my info says i have xbox live free.....

    I have spend around 20 hours last 2 days reading this forum, deleting caches, deleting and downloading profiles, checking conections, checking modem ports, changing regions..... tryed everything..... nothing seems to work...... pretty annoying, since subscription
    that i cant reedem is christmas gift.... i'm thinking on just giving up and void all purchases and just not use the *** thing.....

    I cant evan contact live support since when i log in, my email is shown, but not first and last name...... when i want to click chat it says that name is missing, but boxes are locked and imposible to write in..... everything just seems completley ***.

    I'm gonna be happy to any replies.... if i dont get it run in next day or so i will probably just smash the *** thing and put the video on youtube..... is gonna be more usefull than is now.
