    Hi! I have an Xbox 360 E . And its not able to accept the reedem code of Black Ops 2. It added a fault-code (the number of this is 80150017) . It can't be used in the Hungarian region ( i live in Hungary). And my account is Hungarian. Please help!

    xbox gold redeem code problem

    Hello there, i have e little problem with my xbox gold reedem code for 1 month. i just buyed a new xbox, i creadted the profile but when i insert the reedem code i get the error 'please insert a valid reedem code', someting like that? can you please tell
    me what should i do? is there some email address where can i send the reedem code to be checked by someone? thank you!

    That error code is a license issue but the game is available in Hungary. Where did you get the code from? If there is a possibility that the code is for a different region (country) then that would be why you are having issues using it.

    You can either contact the person you purchased it from to find out which region it is for or try redeeming it at the following link:

    account.xbox.com/.../RedeemCode

    Alternately you could contact phone support to see if they know if the code is for your region.
