reedem a xbox live gold code

Hello support team,

I have a problem. I bought a xbox live gold prepaid card on amazon.com and reedem it on my xbox one. A message appears wich shows me that I am an owner of a xbox live gold abonement. But when I wanted to play games online it shows that i need xbox live gold
although i bought it and when i open my account information it also shows me that i have xbox live gold. Please solve the problem as far as you can.

xbox live gold 2 day code

hi,

i have reedem a 2 day xbox live gold code on console, but when i try to play online multiplayer, the game (Battlefield4) need a gold account.

I have tried to re-reedem the code but, of course, the xbox say may the code it's already reedem.

any solution?

Hi,

Sometimes when first activating a membership the system can take a moment to recognize it. Please try clearing the consoles cache by holding down the power button for 8-10sec. till the console completely shuts down. Afterwards, please
try signing into your account again and attempt to join an online session. If you continue to get a message that you need a Xbox Live Gold membership to use this functionality, please try removing and re-adding your profile by following the steps on the support
page here: Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One

Let us know if that helps resolve the membership issue.
