Redirected to US site?

After logging into Xbox.com I always get the US site even though I am a UK resident. It should be en-UK pages I am seeing, not en-US, and game prices are in dollars. This is despite the fact I already updated my location to UK.

Hopefully you've received your code by now. There are a lot of us who haven't received the code even after customer support redirected us here.

At the bottom left of the page there is the option to change to uk

The next time you log into xbox.com type xbox.com/en-gb . It takes you direct to the UK site.

If that shows US country, you need to migrate your account to your specific country via these instructions: Account Migration

If your account is in the proper country, try to change the website's locale by manually replacing the "en-US" part in the web address with the proper locale of your country (e.g. de-DE for Germany, en-GB for Great Britan, etc.)

Hi,

This is not a bug I just checked for myself only reason why this is happening is if the xbox.com is set to US at the bottom. Make sure for it is set to UK and you will have always the UK.
