Redirected to the forums for help

Hello,

I was on chat with customer support for over an hour now trying to find out what to do, I was then redirected to this forum and asked to post here and wait for support.

I was part of the xbox ambassador program for 2-3 years now, Never had any issues with it. But out of nowhere withing the last few months I got 2 game clips in which got reported, I got an email saying I got an enforcement action taken on my account due to
it and another couple weeks later. Now after that I turned my profile stuff to friends only and haven't had any issues since. I can't control what people who go on my profile, what games they find offensive or what not but for such a small offense that could
happen to anyone, I feel after 9 years on xbox live, all the money I spent on games and continuous support I did to fellow gamers over the years, I shouldn't of been stripped of my ambassador title for that.

I receive a bio suspension last January in which I escalated the suspension due to religious views and all that good stuff and I understood in the end the issue. Time went on, I was still ambassador after that, it did not effect my account in any way (other
than my bio being reset).

I still have some tweets from April from the support I was giving for proof that the January enforcement did nothing to my account. I understand that trying to not have any enforcements on your account is key but for some things you just can't control. Like
all my previous communication suspensions when xbox one first released, It would be a buddy and I alone in a party yet we would both go on one day and have a week long suspension. Thank god XBL looked further in the report abuse that was going on and fixed
this issue.

Anyway, I wrote this long paragraph to ask to be back in the ambassador program. I love the project, it's great being able to help out the community when needed, I just hope this can be fixed and maybe the whole game DVR enforcements could be worked on a bit
to not be removed from the ambassador programs.

EDIT: I still receive ambassador monthly emails as well, last one being October 28th so I'm really confused as to what's going on with my account...

You are the only one in control of what clips you record & have in your activity feed.

You can't be an ambassador if you have had any enforcement actions on your account.
