Redemption error

Discus and support Redemption error in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I am also trying to redeem my gems.     Rumor: Red Dead Redemption 2 at E3 this year, releasing in 2017. Red Dead Redemption Remaster 2016.

    Bububu I already have Red Dead Redemption on my xbox1 with BC.

    So how again is Rockstar not allowing that?

    How can I get a code back after an error in redeeming it occurred?

    Sometimes there are errors in displaying redemption of the code. Trials can only be activated one at a time like you learned. I would always check the redemption like previous poster said.

    Red Dead Redemption is not currently on sale, so the price it shows would be correct.

    As far as the error, do you get any error codes along with the error message?

    It could be an error on Microsoft's side. Sometimes they put the reward redemptions on sale and it could get bugged there.
