    Redemption Code - not readable - Help


    Hi

    I bought bundle with choice of 4 games, and scratched a little to hard on the card - this made the code not readable for the first 2 letters numbers. I have copy of receipt, serial # etc. but the chat line support cannot assist me with a valid redemption
    code. Asked me to post here and wait for a reply.. Any suggestions? Is there a limit to number of attempts? Thanks

    No, you just bought a copy much later than I did.

    As I already explained (if you'd bother to read) mine worked perfectly for 2½ months before this error popped up. It also works just fine with the work around described in the other thread.

    issue with xbox live card. unloadable

    I purchased a Microsoft Xbox Live Gift card for 50 dollars. Came home scratched the redemption code to hard and the last 2 digits are not readable. It can't be returned and so far after many attempts the online support has not provided any assistance. I need a new redempton code.

    What I would recommend for this is to log in to https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and start a chat. When you get to a fellow gamer ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate as only they will be able to help you recover the code.
